Communication in all its forms (the enforcement of Association Documents and Rules and Regulations, resident correspondence, unit file organization) plays an integral part in the success of a community association.
Services Include...
- Assist the Board with the development, implementation and enforcement of rules and regulations established for the enhancement of the Association.
- Assist the Board in the development and revision of the Association's Governing Documents
- Correspond with unit owners in matters deemed necessary by the Board.
- Set up and maintain unit owner and vendor files.
- Attend board meetings and special meetings as required.
- Assist the Board in the preparation and filing of any insurance claim resulting from a covered occurrence under the terms and conditions of the policy.
- Assist the seller of a unit by providing necessary statements of Association dues balances, certificates of resale, by-laws, rules and regulations, etc. for a fee to be paid by the seller
