In 1983 Robert H. Wise began his relationship with the family-owned business as a site manager. Three years later he advanced to the position of regional manager in charge of the hands-on operations of multiple condominium associations and rental properties. Robert Wise was promoted to Vice President in 1992 and as such, he forged successful working relationships with our client board members and was noted for his easy accessibility on a daily basis. In January of 1996, Mr. Wise was named President of the firm and now directs the operations of its residential and commercial divisions.

He has earned the highly-esteemed Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) *designation awarded by the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and most recently received the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation awarded by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers. He has also completed real estate, finance and management courses at Penn State and Temple University and holds a Real Estate Salesperson license.

Donna M. Wise, PCAM ®, CMCA ®

Vice President

In 1986, Donna Wise joined the firm as an assistant in the data processing department. An opportunity to advance to a position in the property management division presented itself and Donna stepped into the role of property manager of multiple suburban communities. As regional manager for many of our suburban communities, Donna is "on call" and always readily available to our professional team of site property managers. She takes a hands-on approach to her involvement in the capital improvement projects at the various properties and is a valuable communication link to our client board members at the monthly association board meetings. Her professional qualifications include the PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) *designation awarded by CAI, and the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation awarded by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers.

A 1980 graduate of Temple University and former high school teacher, Donna is also a licensed real estate salesperson. She is an active member of the local chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and, in 1998 Donna received the Committee of the Year award for her contribution as chair of the local chapter's Trade Show & Annual Awards Dinner. Donna is also completing courses to achieve a Real Estate Broker license.

Robert Stango's 30 plus years as Treasurer/Controller for the Robert H. Wise Management Company has earned him the respect of the financial community for his vast knowledge and experience in accounting methods in the highly specialized field of real estate management. As chief financial officer of the Robert H. Wise Management Company, he presently supervises a staff of accountants and data processing personnel to ensure compliance of industry accounting standards.

Numerous executive boards and investor owners can testify to Mr. Stango's invaluable participation in the preparation of annual budgets and production of financial statements. He is a graduate of Philadelphia College of Textiles and Sciences (Philadelphia University) with a major in accounting.

Judith A. Owens


Ms. Owens, marking her 30th anniversary with Robert Wise Management, is a graduate of St. Joseph's University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. Her teaching experience and her subsequent training at the Katherine Gibbs Business School has contributed to her talents in the communication skills so essential in today's property management field. Owens established and currently implements the company's program for providing resale certification packages and follow up for Sellers/Agents of individual association units. She also holds a commission as a Notary Public in the State of Pennsylvania.

Bette Crane

Information Systems Manager

Ms. Crane earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University in Oxford Ohio. She has extensive technical training in network administration, PC operating systems, accounting and business applications and hardware repairs. Bette makes an important contribution with her solid record of performance in the field of information systems; coordinating IS service support requests for mid- to large-size organizations, administrating local network servers, maintaining network security and e-mail systems. For the past five years she has used her computer skills in accounting systems operations, upgrading and improving the company's computer systems, implementing email and networking system, and providing individual and group PC support and training.

Through Bette's leadership, Robert Wise Management has facilitated electronic processing with the lock box payment system, automatic debit program and computerized work order system that has been invaluable to the successful operation of our client communities.
