Robert Wise Management has experience in managing master associations (multiple sub-associations operating under the umbrella of a master association). Working individually and in conjunction with the multiple boards of directors, our firm prepares the operating and capital budgets, oversees the individual Association checking and reserve accounts and implements the methods by which the sub-Associations reimburse the Master Association for common area services. Although each of the sub-Associations operates separately, it is crucial that the management company foster a spirit of cooperation for the successful operation of the community as a whole.
Robert Wise Management also manages associations who share recreational facilities. Our firm has been successful in bringing separate but neighboring condominium associations under the supervision of our firm resulting in amicable community relations and promoting cost effectiveness due to shared services.
